YouthLACIGF is an initiative born from the growing community of young people in Latin America and the Caribbean who have shown interest in issues related to Internet Governance. The 8th edition will be held in a hybrid format, with venue at the University of Cartagena, Cartagena de Indias, Colombia, from August 28 to 30.
Alexia Halvorsen, from Fundación Vía Libre, will participate in the panel “Analysis of cases and crises: Importance of regulation and responsibility of platforms in cybercrime cases” together with Igor da Silva (Brazil), Luiz Belisário (Brazil) and Paulo Rená (Brazil), moderated by Claudemiro Neto (Brazil) and Miguel Sánchez (Peru).
