On Wednesday, August 2 and Thursday, August 3, the II Congress on Science and Gender will be held from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Córdoba Convention Center. With the aim of discussing, disseminating and making visible different topics related to the scientific and technological field from a gender perspective. Also to debate the role of public policies in this area. The Congress will be addressed in magisterial conferences, symposiums, artistic interventions, presentation of posters and abstracts, workshops, discussion forums, among other activities.
On August 2, Laura Alonso Alemany, from the Vía Libre Foundation’s ethics team, will participate in the Gender and New Technologies panel together with Victoria Peterson, Verónica Tenaglia and Lorena Zicker. Moderator: Alejandra Torres from the Sec of Planning, Modernization and RR II Municipality – City of Córdoba.
