On the weekend of April 6th and 7th, in various locations across the country, a festival in defense of Argentine Science will take place. ‘Elijo Crecer’ (I Choose to Grow) is the name of this gathering. The event will feature talks, debates, experiments, and music. Its aim is to showcase local advancements and the need for a government presence in these areas, advocating for the enforcement of the Science and Technology Financing Law, against layoffs, and the dismantling of the Science and Technology system.
Laura Alonso Alemany will participate in the event in Córdoba on Saturday, April 6th, from 10:00 to 15:00 at the Bosquecito of Ciudad Universitaria UNC, next to the agroecological fair.
The event is organized by teachers from UNC and UPC, CONICET researchers, students, graduated professionals, and university and CONICET workers.
