For the second time, the Vía Libre Foundation was invited by the Mozilla Foundation to the conservatory of the Data Futures Lab program. On Monday, March 18 at 12:00 a.m. (ARG), Beatriz Busaniche, president of the Foundation, will present alongside Chris Bavitz , of the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society and Dr. Melissa Omino of the Center for Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law (CIPIT) at Strathmore University. The objective of the talk is to discuss the challenges of existing laws and licenses in the context of data acquisition, for the training of generative AI systems.
