On Tuesday, September 15, Beatriz Busaniche will participate in the event “Artificial Intelligence, Data Centers, and Rights” a discussion space aimed at analyzing the challenges and impact of new technologies on fundamental rights.

The event will take place from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in Lecture Hall 1 (Aula 1 de Extensión) at the Law School of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Leila Devia (CEDAF) and Leonardo Filippini (Center for Human Rights) will deliver the welcome remarks, while the panel will feature Javier Palummo (Special Rapporteur on Economic, Social, Cultural and Environmental Rights of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights), Lucía Camacho (Public Policy Coordinator at Derechos Digitales América Latina), Beatriz Busaniche (President of Fundación Vía Libre), and Javier Echaide (PhD in Law, specialist in International Law). Andrés Nápoli (Executive Director at FARN) will moderate the session.

The event is organized by CEDAF, the Center for Human Rights, and FARN, with free admission open to the public.
