The 3rd UNESCO World OER Congress will explore how the implementation of UNESCO’s 2019 Recommendation on Open Educational Resources (OER) can enhance global digital cooperation. The event aims to promote collaboration and innovation in OER, contributing to the UN Secretary-General’s Roadmap for Digital Cooperation and the Global Digital Compact.
