The Regional Conference on Free Software is back in Córdoba! Starting Wednesday the 13th, this regional, international and itinerant event will take place where various actors from the free software community meet to share projects, launch new ideas and face challenges.
In order to contextualize and update the free software debate, different activities will take place over the three days.
On 09/13 from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. the: “Open language model programming workshop for specific tasks” will be held, where Guido Ivetta from the Vía Libre Foundation and Hernan Maina will speak. Laura Alonso Alemany and Luciana Benotti from the Foundation’s ethics team will participate as collaborators.
The meeting will include the participation of Christoph Hellwig (Austria) who will develop the “Kernel programming workshop for the Linux developer” on the 14th and 15th from 2 to 7 pm. The workshop includes learning how to write a simple kernel driver.
On the 16th, the last day of the meeting, there will be different Conferences on Free Software from 10 am to 6 pm.
