Beatriz Busaniche will deliver a keynote lecture entitled ‘25 years of debate: The defence of digital rights in Latin America’ as part of the Digital Rights Observatory Project and the agreement signed between Red.es – part of Spain’s Ministry for Digital Transformation and the Civil Service – and the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU) to promote the implementation of the Charter of Digital Rights.
