We will be participating in the event ‘CTRL+J Latam: Technology and Journalism in the Global South’ to be held in São Paulo, Brazil, from 20-22 March.
CTRL+J Latam explores the unique challenges and opportunities facing journalism in the midst of technological upheaval in Latin America. With Brazil’s current legislative debate and its regional leadership on these issues, underlined by its presidency of the G20 in 2024, São Paulo offers an attractive venue to initiate this dialogue. With a vibrant digital media ecosystem and an engaged civil society, debates around technology and journalism in Latin America can inspire global conversations.
